Maintaining a Healthy Smile

Remember, it only takes a few minutes each day to achieve a healthy smile. 

 

Follow this: 

  • Brush thoroughly with fluoride tooth-paste with a day, or more often if we advises you.

  • Eat a well-balanced diet. Limit between-meal snacks.

  • Clean between your teeth once a day with floss a another type of inter dental cleaner.

  • Schedule regular dental check-ups. Professional teeth cleaning and examinations are an important part of maintaining that healthy smile.
